After posting this topic I get some people buying one account with its OG. I had to check the og completely, and since yesterday I found that this email has so much information that may bring some extra money

Conclusion:
After all my research I have come to this conclusion that money can be recover by snapchat experts here.
First the user used wrong papers to get money which is straight blunder. Later, he tries again asked snapchat to send another email to setup new hyperwallet. And since new hyperwallet is activated, money is not there. User tried to contact Snapchat again but they didn’t respond.

Process:
Once ticket open, I will give this og to the buyer. Buyer will confirm that everything is there as mentioned. Once he confirm he will send the payment.

We called, also guy is super close to me. Since I found out we are from the same country. So we had call and made agreement.
