I need to create a think-tank and find developers who could help us create something. It involves copying device signature/fingerprint (desktop/mobile) and then emulating that on another device. The purpose of this is to create software for transferring accounts roadblock-free. I want to see if this is possible at all, so if you have the knowledge, join the discussion.
