Sorry for the noob question - but what happens when I buy an already monetized YT channel?

I mean, do I have to re-link my adsense to start earning?
Or I can use seller’s adsense? What about different countries and different modes of payments?

I’m just in the dark about what exactly happens when I buy a YT Channel.
