Owned the account for multiple years (5/6+ years). Always has been on home IP. The country is set to Thailand, but I need it changed to my country.
It does not show up in list in settings, so I can’t manually change it. If you have a associate and you’re confident you can do this, without losing the badge, please message me or reply
click your name, switch account, click top left, can’t login, support, yada yada, make a ticket and say you want to change region but it doesn’t give you the option.
Thank you, weirdly enough I am able to submit a ticket. Its only says
“After further reviewing your account, we regret to inform you that you do not currently meet the eligibility criteria for updating your country to Netherlands. Specifically, your account does not meet the 60 days recent activity in the requested country.”
Appreciate your help. Problem is still the same unfortunately, but thanks to you I found out how to even submit a change location request. For some reason its just not working on my own account haha
