You can apply for only the contributor account if you are looking for only the content publishing privileges, without the networking opportunities.
Not paying for the benefits will not affect your article posting rate at all. Every author profile at INC is entitled to only 2 articles per month. You can choose not to publish at any month, it will not accumulate for more next month.
You can participate in Inc. Masters in a way that works for you and your time-pressed schedule.
Business Journal will also charge a fee of $2500 to get you on their CMS platform and publish articles. This platform is very similar to Forbes Council in benefits on offer.
