There should be some time added when someone place a bid. Otherwise you can wait till last second and win. If you add 1 minute (when someone does a bid) other bidders have some time to think and get a fair chance.
Use our Max Bid feature to prevent this from happening.

We had extra time added to the clock in our auctions (on ViralAccounts) and we didn’t like it. Some auctions dragged on for hours after the initial time expired.
