I bought an page not on swapd, It was ad-break enabled but bank is connected & i am unable to change bank/payout information. Is anyone know the method.

Only the person who was approved for the AdBreaks can change the bank details. You will need to contact the seller, and you will need to re-add him as admin to the page.
