Why do you think it’s one of the top green domain names out there?
.land TLD barely has any reported sales. It’s a TLD that barely anyone uses.

To start with it’s a country domain hack. Green.Land (Any gtld that made any significant hack combining the name with gtld was sold for a premium price and renewal of over 10000$.)
This being .land was priced appropriately and it has a renewal of just 400$ in comparison to other premium gtld names.
Secondly, Green space is one of the top selling names in domains post core tech, and it’s a pretty cool name for me to justify further.
Having said that, it’s all about perspective what’s diamond to me might be rock to you

I think he means it’s a top domain because it spells out Greenland, like the country
