I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced changes with Facebook’s support options, specifically the live chat for ads help.
I run ads on Facebook and usually, I should easily access the Live Chat button when I need assistance. However, now, when I click on “Get Started” for support, it redirects me to my Business Overview page, where there are no issues listed.
Is anyone else encountering this? Has the process for reaching live chat support changed? Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
