We are trying to remove a business page from managing a FB fanpage. We have removed the fb pages and instagram accounts within the business page however there we still cant remove the business page from managing the fanpage. I have chatted to Facebook support who say that there is an instagram account linked to the business manager and it is a business profile which needs to be changed to a personal account. The problem is that account has been suspended by Instagram and we are unable to log in and Facebook are saying that if we cannot login to change the instagram profile then we cannot remove it from the business manager, meaning we cant remove it from the Facebook page.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? Any ideas of how we may resolve this?
