Help recovering IG accounts held by previous agency

Here are the key details so there’s no confusion:

  • This is NOT a simple hacking situation.

  • My client used to be signed with an OnlyFans agency that fully managed her IG profiles.

  • After leaving the agency, they kept full access to all her Instagram accounts.

  • She attempted the official recovery flow via instagram.com/hacked and completed the video-selfie verification.

  • The problem:
    All recovery codes are being sent to the email addresses owned by the former agency, so she cannot finalize the process.

  • These accounts were originally created and used on her personal device, and she is the legitimate owner.

  • The agency refuses to release access, essentially blocking her from her own profiles.

  • We are looking for someone who has the skills or escalation access to override this situation and help her regain full ownership of her accounts.

  • The goal is a legitimate recovery, not anything illegal or unethical.

Only thing I can think of is to do a hacked recovery through either portal or meta pro support. Meta pro support is cheap, but shitty. Portal is good but costly

Does she have access to any contacts that were previously linked to the account, like the email or phone number? Or has the company taken control of those as well?

Because if the same email and phone number are still on the account, and she doesn’t have access to any old contacts or anything that was changed, then recovering it almost impossible even through the Media Portal. And whoever submits the request would be taking the full risk because in the supports POV this isn’t legit case
