How to find and verify oge instagram original email

I read the article ^ followed the steps exactly. it is 2018 article though… maybe it is outdated…
is there a new method to check oge… I followed the steps and when I got to privacy and security no option to see view “account data”… there was an option to download and request all data and Said would be ready in 14 days… is that an update ? and the new way to find one or is there a faster way…
