1. Independent Consultancy Role I am an independent technical consultant. I am not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any third-party social media platform. My services are based on independent research regarding platform behaviors and administrative optimization procedures.
2. Nature of Technical Optimization The service provided is “Technical Visibility Consultancy.” I do not perform unauthorized interventions, software exploits, or any form of “hacking.” The process involves manual, procedural triggers aimed at optimizing how platform data is displayed. I do not guarantee that the third-party platform will not revert changes or update its internal database refresh cycles.
3. No Access Credentials Policy Under no circumstances do I request login credentials (passwords, 2FA codes). This is a strictly remote optimization process. The Client remains solely responsible for their account’s internal security and compliance with the platform’s own Terms of Service.
4. Language & Terminology Terms used in marketing materials such as “removal,” “clean-up,” or “erasure” are industry-standard descriptors used for the Client’s convenience. Legally, these terms refer to the procedural optimization of data visibility and do not imply privileged access to any platform’s private servers.
5. Outcome & Liability Disclaimer All procedures are performed on a “best-effort” basis. Since final data determination is controlled by proprietary third-party algorithms, I assume no responsibility for platform-side updates, policy changes, or account enforcement decisions made by the platform provider.
6. No-Refund & Anti-Dispute Policy By initiating this service, the Client acknowledges that they are paying for professional expertise, time, and the execution of specific technical procedures. Once the consultation and optimization process is triggered, no refunds will be issued and no payment disputes (chargebacks) will be entertained, regardless of the platform’s final determination.
7. Legal Compliance The Client warrants that the requested optimization is for legitimate, ethical, and privacy-related purposes. I reserve the right to refuse service if the request appears to violate legal or ethical standards.
