Big vouch for @jacob. They unbanned a large IG account that was suspended for copyright way back in 2020. All other sellers tried and failed, but @jacob did it in 24hrs!

Update: the account was taken down again after only 1.5 days and my client didn’t even use it. Ticket has been reopened. Will update this thread when we have more news.

BUYER BEWARE: Seller unbanned my client’s account for 1.5 days and then it completely disappeared and seller or rep couldn’t locate it. To be clear, my client did nothing to the account in the short time it was back other than login and add 2fac to it. Am still trying to sort out a resolution with the seller and will update this thread if we can sort something out.

lol this is the guy I bought a 13k handle from and it reverted/was recovered.
He first told staff it was hacked. Then he went on to rely on a no warranty claim.

Shedding some light here. SWAPD staff located the handle, someone hacked it a couple of hours after it was unbanned. We are now trying to recover it.
I’d also like to point out that @jacob has over 200 successful transactions on SWAPD, and as of recent, only two users who experienced problems. We have investigated and found no malfeasance on the sellers part. The recent problems are related to the high-yield dirty game of reps and high value accounts.

Following up here as promised. Seller unbanned account. Lasted 1.5 days. Account got hacked through no fault of my client. Seller said he/his rep couldn’t do anything. Swapd tried to help. Had to pay another rep to get account back. Seller provided no after-sales support and said he couldn’t do anything.

That’s like saying you bought a brand new phone, someone snatches it from you on the street, and then you go back to the shop asking for a replacement.
The seller delivered what you paid for the account, unbanned and working. What happens after hacking, phishing, scams isn’t under the seller’s control. That’s basic common sense.
If you can’t secure your house after you buy it, don’t blame the builder when someone breaks in.
