so I lost access to my personal Instagram account. I lost the phone that had the number and email associated to the accunt and am completely logged out. I don’t know the password as well.
I know the linked email and phone number to it but don’t have access.
Is there any way to recover this?

Yes, there’s still a way to recover the account, even if you don’t have access to the old phone, email, or password. The only option now is instagram’s official recovery process, Open the instagram app and tap “Forgot password”, then choose “Need more help” or “Can’t reset password?”. When it asks, select that you don’t have access to the email or password linked to it.
Enter the username and then provide new email address that you currently have access to, this where instagram will contact you.
When they asked what type of account it is, choose personal accounts with photo of me. Instagram will ask you to do a short selfie video to confirm your identity. Make sure your face is clearly visible, good lightening, no hat or glasses, and that it matches the photo on the account.
After that, you just wait. Instagram usually replies within a few days. If they approve it, they’ll send you a secure link to log back in and reset your password.
If it doesn’t work the first time, wait about 48hrs and try it again, preferably using a different new email. Don’t rush multiple account in one day.
Also avoid anyone claiming they can recover the account instantly or asking for payment, those are s**ms, Once you got the account back, change the password, update the email and phone number, and turn on 2fa.
