my account is not hacked or banned, just cant get back in due to it being linked to a phone number not working or something.

can you help with account recovery, im not getting any of the text messages to get back into my account, and when i try facebook.com/hacked and submit ID, they keep denying me even though its my real ID and i have followed all of their rules.
