- The desired username must be inactive for a minimum of 1 year or more, or disabled
- Username must contain 6 characters or more
- Can do some generic, it depends on the handle. However, certain usernames may not be available for transfer if they are way too generic (for-example: “pizza”, “city”, “cloud”).
