For all those frustrated at a lack of response from OP, I highly recommend @MusicNerd for this service – he organised me a username claim in less than 24 hours last week.
I got a few open messages and I’ll get back to all of you somewhere in the coming day. I’m checking in with my contact to see if we can still process these due to COVID-19 (if not, I’ll close this one till things are getting better). Thanks for your patience and hope you are all safe!
