Is it okay to buy verified Instagram account?

So, i came across a listing which is seller “Verified Instagram Account” for 5000$.

Is it fine to buy one? the account represents a public figure and they have all the rights to claim that page ?

Or there is no way they can claim it? I am in doubt as it is a verified account it might have been hacked or something.

Verified account is not forever instagram can remove it anytime for any resons go to instagram help center and read for verified account

The celebrity not just can claim the id, also can file a case with u… Beware
