In this discussion can we go over a recent deal that happened between Warner Music Group and IMGN Media. Warner purchased IMGN, who owns a network of theme/niche/repost pages. The most prominent page owned by them is an Instagram meme page called Daquan. I believe this deal is a great thing to have happened to the Instagram theme page space. Fwiw - they didn’t sell one meme page for 85mil. They built up a proper content network with like direct parternships w/ snap originals, tiktok, etc. Bought the network not just a single page.
