Can anyone here enable meta verification on accounts that are outside meta verified support ?

You didn’t understand the question / the request. He is asking after activating/bypass meta verified in his region. In other words: he is having an IG account and he wants to have this IG account verified and not a new one

If you have any friends in the USA, UK, or Australia, give them your Instagram login and wait 7–10 days until Instagram changes your location, and then you get meta available. (While doing that, do not access the account anywhere else and logout from all other devices.)

So if I Book a trip to the UK, let’s say 2 weeks. Is it likely that I will get meta verified?
yes but remove your sim card because it sends data to Instagram (use new UK one or wifi only)
