Meta Verified Verification Screen Stuck

I have a client who was meta verified, and lost the blue check.
We reapplied, and now it says “We’re reviewing your information which can take up to 48 hours.”

It’s been like this for 30 days, and the subscription expired on Feb 19th.

Anyone know what to do about this?

I can’t access meta verified support. Every time we click anything that has to do with meta verified, it pulls up the “verification pending” screen.
