Mobile app issues - We're fixing them [FIXED - Please read!]


We have noticed that ever since we’ve moved servers our APP (iOS/Android) isn’t sending out notifications. We have dispatched our developer to look into it. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The apps are fixed, but the problem may still persist for you until you:

  1. Clear the app data, restart the app and log in again.


  1. Reinstall the app (easier method) - I’ve tried to clear my own app data and it didn’t work, but a reinstall did.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We plan to roll out updates soon that will make it unnecessary to do this if the app has problems.
