Hi mate, recommendations can be fixed by simply removing old admins, removing 2 month’s content and posting Original pic, videos and posts for a few days.
As for the limited monetization, can you check if you see MONETIZE INAUTHENTIC ENGAGEMENT or does it says YOUR PAYOUT IS ON HOLD?
