Understanding Review Reinstatements
Following a major platform-wide rollback/algorithm update by Google on May 1, 2026, previously removed reviews across the industry were reinstated, including removals dating back to December 2025.
As a result, Google review removals can no longer be considered or guaranteed as permanently removed. While reviews may be successfully removed, no seller, including myself, cannot guarantee lifespan of a review once it has been taken down.
The service is considered successfully completed once the requested review has been removed. Reviews have a high possibility of later reappearing due to circumstances outside of my reasonable control, including frequent Google algorithm/AI/indexing updates, moderation or policy changes, enforcement actions, or platform rollbacks.
Unless a separate warranty is purchased, no refund or free re-removal will be provided for reviews successfully removed and later reinstated, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Warranty
30-Day Warranty:
If a successfully removed review reappears within 30 days, I will have it removed again at no additional cost, as many times as needed during the warranty period. If the review reappears within the 30 days and I am unable to remove it again, a full refund will be issued. Once the 30-day warranty expires, no further coverage applies.
No Warranty:
Offered at a lower price. Once the review is successfully removed, the service is considered complete. If the review reappears at any point afterwards, regardless of how much time has passed, no refunds or free re-removals will be provided. A new removal will need to be purchased if you wish to have it removed again.

Note: Warranty coverage applies only to the original review that was removed. It does not apply to reviews that are later Edited by the reviewer, or to new reviews posted by the same reviewer following the original removal.

I operate as an independent third-party service provider assisting clients with requests to remove existing reviews. I do not create or sell fake reviews, pay for positive reviews, threaten or intimidate reviewers, or knowingly engage in deceptive practices intended to mislead consumers.
Removal decisions are ultimately determined by the relevant platform. I do not represent, guarantee, or imply that I am affiliated with or authorised by Google.
