Remove Mobile Number from TikTok account (2FA issue)

I have a small issue with a client TikTok account. We have 2FA turned on for email and an authenticator app. But the phone number on the account is from our ex-social media manager who left the client to start her own TikTok channel.

And we can’t get the phone number removed without her 2FA

Can someone help us get the phone number off the account? It’s creating login issues.
