One of our users asked me what is considered a good score. Looking at our top top sellers, at the moment, it seems 50% is considered good, lol. So, anything above that is SWAPD primo-best-hell-aktiv-seller.

My success ratio shows 73%, but I’m not exactly sure why. As far as I remember, I only failed to deliver 3 tickets. In some cases, I moved on to new tickets with the buyer’s agreement and asked SWAPD to close the old ones (which I did successfully fulfill under the new tickets). Maybe those closed ones are being counted as failed — who knows. Either way, as long as I’m making good money, I’m not going to stress over a success ratio lol.

Yes, closed ones are failed. This only counts successful tickets, and weighs it against the rest.

Not bad though.

Based on 295 transactions specially.

50% is the good norm for now. This will change over next months once Voided tag starts kicking in.

I saw a user who SWEARS his services are 100% …. The guy has a success rate less than 10% :sob:

This is what this feature is meant for. To get rid of THOSE people, not 50%'s.

Exactly, in my eyes anyone with over 50% is fine. Especially if you have 200+ transactions

I’ve have had MANY tickets closed and re-opened due to time constraints / term changes, my real success rate is much higher, is there any way to hide this?

Or personally flag some past tickets as “void”

What we need to understand is, why all top sellers have lower success ratio is they have done hundreds of transaction. In my personal scenario I can remember 10-20 tickets itself which were just minor price changes or payment mode changes.

Regardless of that, this motivates all of the sellers to increase the success rate. I am at 67%, which is not bad but brings room for improvement too.

Especially after I saw a lot of sellers who brags a lot of about their services but have so low %

For people who already bought services here and were members before the feature dropped, it’s fine. But new buyers definitely won’t like seeing 50% success rates.

Agreed

This is correct.

No. We cannot do this, because if we do this for you, we have to do this for everyone else. This is too big to handle.

But as a reminder, payment changes/etc will not count from now on. Old tickets cannot be changed. It would require staff to go over every ticket, ever. No way to automate it.

I’ll get you a McDonald’s burger, sir just do personally for me sir.
