We’ve discovered a small glitch in our Success Ratio feature. In certain cases, the percentage may drop even after a ticket is voided, which shouldn’t be happening.
Big thanks to @charizard for spotting this issue and bringing it to our attention.
We already have a fix in the works, and it will be rolled out next week. Once deployed, we’ll recalculate every user’s Success Ratio and correct any affected numbers.
Thanks for your patience while we get this cleaned up.
When buyers fail to provide the required info and the ticket gets closed, my success rate drops too. The admins don’t check the conversation to see that it wasn’t my fault the ticket couldn’t be completed.
You are tripping, every one who PM’d me about this was wrong. I take a screenshot of their success rato every time, come back in 14 days, and boom. It increased (or decreased). You have to remember: More transactions, the more diluted the score will be (due to the larger number of overall transactions), thus slower movements.
Bruh, your ticket closed a few H ago. Stats update 48-72h. We don’t run the script too often because SWAPD is a global corporation, too many transactions, it would impact server performance.
