Suspended Due to Related Channel – Deleted Channel Causing Permanent Monetization Block

My 433K subscriber YouTube channel is blocked from monetization due to a “related channel” suspension.

The problem:

The related channel was suspended

I deleted that channel

YouTube Support says: “If the channel is deleted, we cannot help further.”

This creates a dead end:

Related channel must be readmitted to YPP

But it’s deleted and can’t be restored

So my active channel is permanently blocked

My current channel is compliant and active.

This looks like a system/policy loop, not a real violation.

If anyone has successfully resolved a similar related-channel case or knows a legitimate escalation path, I’d appreciate

My situation is even better. I never had channels before my current channel, which is demonetized due to a related channel that was suspended from ypp, but I never had any channels before my current one.
