Big news, everyone! Within the next few weeks we’ll be rolling out SWAPD 3.5, and it’s going to be one of our biggest updates in a long time. Here’s what’s coming your way:
Major core upgrades – The old code has been holding us back, and some sections of SWAPD are laggy. Not for long! This update will bring serious speed improvements across the site.
Visual Composer – Build your posts like a pro! You’ll be able to move things around like you’re designing a WordPress blog page.
AI tools (finally!) – We’ve teased this for a while, and now it’s landing. From a forum helper to AI-powered search and live translations, SWAPD is getting smarter.
White theme makeover – Subtle but noticeable: the white theme is about to get… even whiter!
Smoother menus – Expect sleek, iOS-like effects that make navigation feel way more fluid.
Faster search & improved filters – Find what you’re looking for quicker than ever.
Mobile fixes – No more dreaded “white screen” issue on some devices.
Templates in /start - This isn’t 100% sure yet, but if we pull it off, you will be able to use @Templates in the Checkout Ticket composer!

Alongside all the shiny new features in SWAPD 3.5, we’re also rolling out important policy changes to keep the marketplace safe, fair, and in line with third-party requirements. Here’s what’s changing:
Third-Party Network Compliance
We’re stepping up enforcement on compliance with external networks. If you’re operating on platforms that have their own rules (Instagram, YouTube, etc.), your listings and practices on SWAPD need to align. This helps protect both buyers and subcontractors from future headaches).
New Checkout Ticket Rules
To make deals smoother and cut down on wasted time, we’re adding new rules that apply during checkout:
Absence Policy: If you disappear mid-transaction (aka go MIA without notice), transactions will proceed as per terms, with or without the missing party.
More structured guidelines for response times, communication, and follow-through will be outlined in detail.
These changes are meant to speed up deals, reduce disputes, and keep SWAPD a trusted space for everyone.
