almost always the brand new PR sellers that come in with a direct copy of Lunar / Ryan / Hooper / Abstract’s sheet
(with a 25%+ mark up of course)

I agree, it’s definitely still happening, and leads to a lot of time being wasted… and sometimes money being wasted as well.
