Friend has an account.

It can’t be accessed but it is still live. It still has his email and password. Recovery codes aren’t working. No 2fa enabled.

Literally just can’t login and it doesn’t seem to have been hacked.

Can anybody help? He’s had it for almost 10 years. Over 30k followers. No bots attached to it for growth.
