{URGENT HELP} Today Received First Payment in WISE account. And account deactivated after few hours

Hi Guys.

Today I received my first payment on Wise and it received it at 2:27 PM.

The amount was 6,457.17 AUD. After receiving i got normal email that shopify paid you.

And it was written that funds will be transferred to my INR Local bank account.

After few hours around time 7:58 PM when I opened Wise it showed account deactivated. I didn’t even got any email for deactivation.

Now where is my money, will it be transferred to my Bank. Where is my money since it’s in WISE i received today.

Please help, what shall i do ? and will they transfer it to my bank or not?

No reply from them :frowning:

The main part is i received payment in WISE and it was clearly mentioned it will be transferred to my local bank.
And after few hours account deactivated.

They will either refund it to sender or transfer to your bank. But, it will take time.
