I had a person on the file, I opened a ticket with a very reputed member here but he could not carry out the mission because of his contact unfortunately I waited like 1 month. Always looking and I pay a lot, someone on swapd really needs to offer this kind of service!!!

Really annoying to give ticket workers for nothing; we lose time and money because I also lost €80 in fees… at my expense. Really disappointed
