I think they losing perspective. I have nothing personal against them what I’m against are their emotional and rushed decisions that lack rational judgment. And I’m not saying this for myself I’m speaking for everyone else in a similar position.
They don’t see the bigger picture because you’re too deep inside their own bubble.
They constantly change the site, introduce new limitations, restrict new users, push them into the shadows all under the excuse of protecting the community
But in reality, they creating a closed loop where only a select few have a chance, and everyone else is instantly labeled a “potential timewaster.”
But what if that “timewaster” just wants a chance?
What if they’re new but talented? And who will give them chance if they are shadowbanned
Its like: don’t even try unless you’re already successful. That’s not community that’s elitism.

Bro I get your points, and yeah, some things can definitely improve. But from my side, I’ve never seen David act arrogant or unfair. If he really wanted to shut people down, many users who constantly complain would’ve been banned long ago.
This platform was never some overly professional place, and that’s kind of what made it work. @Brant always replies fast, @Rapunzel too even if it’s a bit late. They all try to handle a lot at once.
Yeah, sometimes the tone feels off, but I’ve personally never felt disrespected. And if people think I’m saying this out of fear, then it’s their choice I’m just speaking from my experience.
I get that people want to call things out, but making it a full-on blame game helps no one. Better to give feedback and try to improve things without turning it into a fight.

And no one becomes a top seller without first trying, failing, improving, and growing.
Well guess what the top sellers you’re protecting once tested on someone too.
Probably even on this NOT COME platform.
You want quality? Great.
But quality doesn’t come from fear, it comes from opportunity.
If you don’t allow people to grow, you’ll never have new top sellers.
You’ll just have the same cycle same people which answer if they want, same listings, same results until it slowly dries out. They got richer and richer and richer, and also this is not something bas its great i also earn here , good amounts swapd give a one life time chance to shine, but problem is most of TOP users are slow, arrogant, dont care. They will eat all and left this platform, and remember what? Nobody will left because new users not exist

I just feel its wrong to come here, ask a buyer to pay xxxx, MANY times buyers are first time crypto buyers, only for the service to fail because the new seller was testing (or tried to resell someone). Then the buyer (who never uses crypto for anything) is now stuck with a coin he doesn’t want.

Everybody is in the same boat, so nobody has an advantage or disadvantage over anyone else in terms of the ratio. In addition, as you said, can only go up from here as we’ve introduced a voided ticket status that isn’t counted towards that stat from now on.

You’re getting it wrong, bro I changed my username twice in the past, so all my sales and tickets disappeared.
What I meant was, my sr will go up once SWAPD fixes the issue for users who changed their usernames.
Yes, it will come back. Many users who changed their usernames have skewed stats, and this will be fixed. However, most of those users think it will somehow improve their score, but it could go either way :D

90% of my past tickets besides 16 counted tickets were successful, so yeah, in my case the rate will definitely go up.

i mean i myself have been in that situation. Primarily buying and then people come to me with the craziest services that almost always fail.
There’s a reason why users who have a good history get rewarded and users who are new have a safety badge. I mean go to any marketplace and you will find this. It just keeps the success rate of ALL services high, when buyers work with users who are actually able to deliver.

The comments from others are very out of touch. This shouldn’t be a platform for sellers to attempt to make their way in the digital world. If you have a reliable service, offer it. If not, don’t. I have had countless real world relationships destroyed by sellers on this platform who over promise and under deliver.
When the dust settles, the seller gets to hide behind their screen and brush off the fact that they just blew up someone else’s deal and affected someone else’s real world reputation. Most sellers think that there is no impact because the buyer gets refunded if a ticket fails. This is such a false narrative and needs to be eradicated.

Swapd Is Not A Practicing Ground !!!
One thing you’re missing out is people are rude with Swapd too and insults him too . I have seen numerous such stances . And I wouldn’t have tolerated it myself if I were the SWAPD OWNER.
And….Maybe he removals a lot but that’s what keeps US safe . Do nothing wrong and receive nothing wrong simple . And this is the only platform I can trust with my money and services .
And the admins not being so formal and all is what gives the community feeling and makes Swapd standout .
