Hello everyone, My wise account got on hold (balance $28000 ) and they are inquiring about payment made by Veyyo Sp Z oo in my account, there are total 10 payment from veyyo. swapd says they can’t generate invoice for Veyyo Sp Z oo is closed and now they are using VeyyO Lp.
How can I tackle this situation right now? What exactly should I send to wise as supporting docs in order to get my account back? Simply printing ticket PDF not help because there is no mention of veyyo sp.
We told you in PMs, VEYYO was banned from wise as they don’t approve our business model. Whatever you send them, it needs to reflect the actual truth, because they know what VEYYO was.
You were the seller in ALL the invoices you are requesting, so you have the power in your hands. We were the SENDER in each case, we don’t have to send any document whatsoever. You need to produce the invoices, made our to VEYYO Sp zoo, and that’s it.
However, WISE isn’t stupid, if they tossed us, they know what you were doing, and if I had to make a bet right now, you can kiss your WISE account goodbye right now.
WISE terminated accounts that were even REMOTELY associated with SWAPD, including other (if not all) SWAPD staff members. WISE is an evil company, but its not their fault, its the fault of global rules and regulations.
In short, WISE doesn’t like our business model. Anyone in this business with a WISE account will get terminated sooner or later.
Your account is toast, barely any docs they will even accept at that point. They just make it look like they are reviewing and they will continue to say over and over again the docs you submit arent good enough and they have to terminate your account and “they cant say why exactly, just under TOS”.
Then they will give you so many days to withdraw balance to a bank account (if they allow you too considering its legally obtained $) and then after that, they terminate your account & delete all of your data months later. Check reddit, tons of posts about this.
Exactly. It’s a waste of time. We were audited TWICE by Wise. Passed every time, but the second time they tossed us, no reason given.
The same happened with our ZEN.com account. We were audited for two months (two years worth of documents). They couldn’t find ANYTHING wrong. Banned us anyway, but at least they gave us a reason, which was “regardless of your finances being in order, we find your business model outside of our risk appetite”.
