With today’s good news about USDC being restored, here comes the bad news, and that’s we are YET again forced to disable it.
This is an issue on Trustap’s side, and we are once again required to temporarily suspend it. All currently deposited funds and funds in transit remain safe, so there is no cause for concern.
At this time, our API access has been restricted from initiating new transactions due to a requirement to re-verify our company account. It is unclear whether this is related to AML procedures or a general request to update our information. However, their partner backend lacks robust processes, and the verification flow has proven to be unreliable.
We are encountering issues ranging from phone verification failures to limitations such as being able to upload only a single verification document. If that document is rejected, API access is disabled again, requiring us to submit a new document and wait for further review. This cycle can repeat without clear resolution.
To prevent users from experiencing errors and disruptions, we are temporarily disabling Trustap until we can confirm that everything is fully stable and operational on their end.
