A partner of mine had a similar situation. Tried the following:
- Deleted App and re-downloaded
- Reset the device
- Changed network/internet/wifi device
- Tried on another device
- Updated to the latest version
Her device is an iPhone 14 promax. Does anyone have a fix for this problem?
