SWAPD was born in February 2017 and quietly went live toward the end of March, and public signups were blocked until around September. There was no big launch campaign, no noise, no hype. Just a concept, a small group of users, and a marketplace that aimed to do what others could not.

That number only tells part of the story.
Tracking did not begin until 2019, which means the true lifetime volume is well beyond 70 million USD. Thousands of deals. Thousands of outcomes. A marketplace built on execution, not theory.
Built under pressure
Nothing about this journey has been smooth.
Operating in a space where things get done when others fail comes with consequences. Over the years we have faced removals, blacklists, frozen funds, and legal battles. We have been tested from every angle.
And yet, we adapted.
We rebuilt.
We kept going.
Stronger than ever
Today, SWAPD is in its most stable position to date.
Our Canada based structure represents the strongest legal and operational foundation we have ever had. Everything we went through led to this point.
No ads. No hype. Just growth.
We are not advertised.
We are not universally liked.
And still, we grow.
