Starting now, our Reputation Repair category is now off limits for new members. Any new member on SWAPD will not be able to create topics there, and here is why:

  1. Lately that category is filled with low level quality sales threads
  2. Virtually no new members there can deliver
  3. 99% of the members posting there are from Nigeria

So, new members are blocked, until they reach a trust level that is not easy (or quick) to reach. To prevent users from gaming the system, we will not reveal what’s needed to post there.

Keep in mind new members can still reply there, so if you see someone spamming, report, report, report.

Best change of 2026 on Swapd, no doubt. How about deleting their spam threads? It actually gets frustrating trying to browse categories when they’re filled with low-quality posts.

@Brant will work on that today. Anyone who is new and from Nigeria, and posts a 1000-word AI-written ad = Instant remove and delete.

My number 1 problem is that @swapd leaves every topic available.

I go and search to buy an Instagram page and out of 100 pages, maybe 20 are available. That means 80 pages that have available topic, opened, which is utterly useless. But if you ask @swapd he says it’s good for the search.

Yeah buddy definitely fun having 80 out of 100 listings unavailable,yet available om swapd.

Repsonded after you,but would really prefer to have it looked out on social media properties, I am an expert user here YET find it impossible to search for real results. All I get it 50 listings and 40 are: user who created listing is banned, page that is being sold doesnt exist, owner hasnt been online since years, topic is available but account is sold.

Literally even I find it hard task to search and buy. I can have money sitting on table and not bother as it’s definitely a hard task to buy on swapd

All we can do is clean up banned topics.
The rest, impossible to monitor without pinging META which would cause trouble.
Also, we don’t know whether something has been sold or not. Especially since 1/2 of the stuff listed here is from resellers.

Most categories have a 90-day limit. If no response to a listing in 90 days, the topic auto closes. In short, this isn’t a Lidl where inventory can be easily tracked. DEAL WITH IT!

Although we will try to improve things, somehow. But IDK how yet.

We’ve removed nearly 300 topics over the past 28 days.
