Effective immediately, SWAPD will no longer allow FIAT payments for any services related to gambling, alcohol, or drugs—even if the drugs are legal (e.g., cannabis in licensed jurisdictions).
This rule applies across the board. Even something as seemingly harmless as unbanning an IG account with “Licensed Weed Dispensary” in its bio can trigger serious issues, including account audits, payment processor flags, and permanent restrictions on our ability to accept FIAT payments.
We are currently dealing with the fallout from a similar situation, and it’s not something we’re willing to risk again.
Violation of this rule may result in your payments being rejected or your account being cut off from using FIAT on SWAPD altogether.
Stick to crypto for anything remotely connected to these industries. No exceptions.
