As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to look back at where SWAPD stands today and where we are heading next.
- Despite clear signs of slowdown and uncertainty across our industry, SWAPD recorded over 32 000 000 views this year, representing a 66.9 percent traffic increase compared to 2024. This growth did not come easily.

Throughout the year, we had to fight off multiple unfavorable Google updates. Recovery is still ongoing, but trends are improving and the situation looks increasingly stable.

In terms of activity, SWAPD continues to process between 800 and 1200 transactions per month, with an average of 600 to 700 completed transactions. While traffic increased significantly, transaction volume did not grow at the same pace. This confirms what many sellers have already felt. Getting business recently has become harder, not easier.

The road through 2025 was not smooth. We dealt with search engine issues, legal challenges, and even a period where SWAPD was effectively wiped off the internet for almost a full day. We pushed through all of it, and we are still standing.

This year we also crossed an important milestone. SWAPD has now surpassed 60 000 000 in total sales volume, with the real number sitting closer to 70 million. Even as a relatively small platform, SWAPD continues to move serious monthly volume.

At the time of writing this, SWAPD has surpassed nearly all its competitors in terms of traffic. That is something we are genuinely proud of.

KYC implementation this year also made a noticeable difference. Keeping scams away became significantly easier. While no system is perfect and some cases still slip through, the overall quality of transactions and user trust improved.

What Is Coming in 2026
We actually know a bit more about the future than we let on.

In 2026, we plan to expand our crypto catalog to include XRP, DOGE, LTC, and Cardano.

We are also working on multilingual SWAPD, with support planned for up to 10 languages.

Taking inspiration from X.com, we will soon introduce a feature that displays a user’s registration country and current country directly on the user card.

We will continue exploring ways to add more fiat payment options where possible.
