I actively work and generate business here. Pointing out what’s going wrong is my natural right especially when the criticism isn’t coming from someone with zero tickets

You can point things, no problem. But you are suggesting that it’s our job to increase your sales (also our fault for falling sales). The facts are that the last 2-3 weeks our end is rising, from sales to traffic. So whatever you were selling either has more competition or people lost interest. That’s how business works.
