Will this site be moving away from the sales of IG accounts?
This reminds me of when Fiverr lawyers contacted SWAPD once We had four (thatâs 1,2,3,4) listings with Fiverr accounts listed for sale. JUST FOUR! They didnât like that, despite the fact that the listings they pointed out were months old, and no one even responded to them. Their lawyers literally went off on us, they were so mean, with threats of lawsuits, that we would lose everything, they were really harsh with their wording (probably the meanest lawyers Iâve encountered in my lifetime). One night (I was a little tipsy), I snapped, and I told them to go â â â â themselves (yes itâs unprofessional but you guys should have seen how mean they were) because they were picking on us for four old listings while PlayerAuctions has thousands of Fiverr listings.
I never heard from them again. For months, I kept asking their lawyers why are their listings still up, but yet they still pick on us. No response.
This is why we now have a law firm on speed dial these days. Every threat we get, we check with our team, and they either give us a green light or tell us to back down. Most of the time, the lawyers go, âLOL OK, theyâre in the wrong, ignoreâ.
$134.902B annual revenue in 2023, they really donât care.
Near future, they will face difficult challenges of dealing with lawsuits from famous individuals.
AI is accessible to all, the spread of fabricated perfect fake images and videos featuring celebrities is coming. Let us see their technical and legal structure to manage this new moment.

Compensation is tied to the results of the reports, if removal results are not provided payment is lower.
This led us inquire into why Fiverr chooses not to invest more in due diligence to prevent account transfers, and instead choose to outsource a law firm to remove online ads. Strange things in the business world.
Fameswap has reactivated its Instagram marketplace under a different name: cloutpot.co
apparently, this business is so lucrative they cant give up
So how do you know itâs them?
Hello, Facebook!
That has to be the worst domain name for such activities.
I donât know why everything about them seems sketchy.
Seems theyâve set up an LLC just for it.
This is good enough for a news story
I think they reopened the option to list IG accounts? I see that barely anyone is listing IG accounts on Fameswap anymore, but itâs possible? @SWAPD
How would I know. Who cares about FameSwap. FameSwapd.com is the better option to use.
How many legal notice do you receive?
Only from WHO, itâs about your mole.
Yeah they opened up the option to list the IGs again, my listing just went throughâŚ
I donât think they ever stopped, they just started calling IGs âTheme Pagesâ. META canât stop them from selling, but they CAN stop them from using the word âInstagramâ.
Yeah yeah they did, there were no new listings for months, but good news is, took the hit back then, thus here I am on SWAPD because of that haha
