Will this site be moving away from the sales of IG accounts?
This reminds me of when Fiverr lawyers contacted SWAPD once We had four (that’s 1,2,3,4) listings with Fiverr accounts listed for sale. JUST FOUR! They didn’t like that, despite the fact that the listings they pointed out were months old, and no one even responded to them. Their lawyers literally went off on us, they were so mean, with threats of lawsuits, that we would lose everything, they were really harsh with their wording (probably the meanest lawyers I’ve encountered in my lifetime). One night (I was a little tipsy), I snapped, and I told them to go ■■■■ themselves (yes it’s unprofessional but you guys should have seen how mean they were) because they were picking on us for four old listings while PlayerAuctions has thousands of Fiverr listings.
I never heard from them again. For months, I kept asking their lawyers why are their listings still up, but yet they still pick on us. No response.
This is why we now have a law firm on speed dial these days. Every threat we get, we check with our team, and they either give us a green light or tell us to back down. Most of the time, the lawyers go, “LOL OK, they’re in the wrong, ignore”.
$134.902B annual revenue in 2023, they really don’t care.
Near future, they will face difficult challenges of dealing with lawsuits from famous individuals.

Compensation is tied to the results of the reports, if removal results are not provided payment is lower.
This led us inquire into why Fiverr chooses not to invest more in due diligence to prevent account transfers, and instead choose to outsource a law firm to remove online ads. Strange things in the business world.
Fameswap has reactivated its Instagram marketplace under a different name: cloutpot.co
apparently, this business is so lucrative they cant give up
So how do you know it’s them?
Hello, Facebook!
That has to be the worst domain name for such activities.
I don’t know why everything about them seems sketchy.
Seems they’ve set up an LLC just for it.
This is good enough for a news story
