Really interesting! I am thinking about joining your mentorship in the next month after i sell my real estate so i have enough budget to pursuit this business model.

You can buy an Instream ad-enabled page ranging from 300 to 500 dollars. You would need a second-hand page which has US traffic.
You have to stitch the monetized video to a US audience page for inflating the views. The thing is you can’t share directly; you need to somehow stitch the video.

Yes, Vietnam is eligible for Facebook monetization through in-stream ads. Similarly to work on Performance bonus you need to reside in US or have USA ids + VPS setup.
Yes you can join! this will be your additional advantage which will help you grow and understand this and other fb monetization business models faster and since you have IG theme pages & site experience I believe you can do 10x of more revenue on facebook with same method / strategy.
Apart from my mentorship fee, you need 2 monetized pages (Instream Ads) and you need 1 Big traffic page for this (you can rent that or build a new page via ads upto 100k) - you can consider 2000$ of investments apart from my fee.
Yes Performance bonus is completely different monetization tool that pays you for getting likes, comments & shares on your posts except reels.
Instream Ads : pays for views you get on your monetized 1 Minute+ Videos
Ads on Reels : pays for views you get on your Reels (short videos)

All my questions are clear, just one more question is about the content source to build for the page to make money, should I create it myself or outsource it? And is the cost of making videos posted on the page to make money included in the $2k investment you mentioned above? Or will we have something like curated-content strategy?
Lastly, it’s not too important, but just to pump a little dopamine & courage to invest in this model, can you tell me about the income potential I can expect? I know no one can guarantee income and it depends on many factors. But if I have good compliance and try to do well what you teach in mentorship, practice & perseverance, how much can I expect per month? Is it has ability to earn as much as the numbers you showed in the case study about the FB performance bonus program?

For growing pages and Monetization, it would be a content curation strategy + you’re gonna need some basic editing skills. You can get these videos created by someone else too but it will cost you apart from those 2000$.
The income potential is 100$ to 10k$ each page ( depends on your luck + how viral the page goes ) can’t guarantee it but the potential is really high
