I want to address what’s currently happening, as many people are seeing previously removed reviews being reinstated.
There has been a widespread rollback on Google’s end yesterday, where reviews removed over the past few months (December onwards) are coming back up. This is not isolated to me, and it’s affecting everyone, including all service providers across the entire board.
All removals delivered through this service were completed successfully at the time as intended. What we’re seeing now is a platform-side reversal, which is beyond my control or anyone else’s.
There are risks to every business, and this is a perfect example regarding the platform risks and limitations we all face in this business: Warranties, Reality, and the Limits of Control - Time to bring buyers down to earth!
This is not the news everyone wants to hear, but refunds will not be possible, as the service was fulfilled at the time of delivery and no lifetime guarantee was ever offered. Nobody is truly able to guarantee the permanence of a removal or the lifespan of a review when it is taken down.
I understand this is frustrating and I truly do apologise to everyone who is affected by this. This is still developing news. Please bear with me to answer messages, and I will try my best to provide assistance to people where and when possible.
