Things to know!

  1. If you had any missing payments caused by the downtime, Santander assured us they would bounce back. It will just take time.
  2. Please ask admins to double-check the payment in your problematic tickets (if any).
  3. Wise.com payments sometimes work, and sometimes they don’t. We do not know why Wise is behaving like this. You can freely try to wire us money from Wise. They will tell you right away if the payment will go through or not, so it’s worth giving it a shot.
  4. Both of our company accounts are fully functional (Millennium and Santander). It’s OK if you make a mistake and wire to the wrong bank.
  5. Santander is quicker and cheaper. We recommend sending via Santander.

Due to the strict AML laws, and to avoid these types of situations in the future, incoming bank wire payments may be subject to further verification. We’re kindly asking our clients to:

  1. Only send us wire payments from your own personal accounts. Do not use your clients funds, do not forward our payments to anyone else.
  2. If you’re sending from a company account, it has to be registered to your name.

We will, unfortunately, have to freeze and further verify transactions that do not comply with point #1 and #2. Please understand we’re forced to do this. This isn’t something we want to do. Please comply with our rules to make sure things run smoothly.

To recap, never, ever, ever use a third person to pay for your tickets. Non-complying members are subject to the demotion of user status or a permanent SWAPD suspension.
