Devs didn’t deliver, I disputed it, dispute took months, lost 3/4 of the funds and did not receive a single line of code. On top of that, had to pay over 300 USD for the dispute process.

Happy to take all development projects. All these sites do not have quality control freelancers fear nothing I guess. Seen many slandering me that everything needs to be done on site. Well i can deliver lines of codes.

I’m not a developer, but I manage a small team and have interviewed hundreds. Most candidates I interview are either not proficient, not equipped, or avoid answering questions.
You said Upwork doesn’t have quality control (see below), but when I asked vetting questions, you didn’t answer. Instead, you got defensive. How stupid lol
