Anyone who matches these requirements can claim the blue badge. Basically, anyone with a government ID can now be verified.

I believe in the news, but as far as receiving the verification badge you will have to have specific requirements in my opinion as it still is.
It is an option but I don’t think it is accessible exclusively by paying or it will have a different placement in the tab
