And can we dictate if we wanted for example USA traffic etc

Depends on the content language, if we for example create content in German it will be Germany, then Austria and Switzerland.
So far all english content we have made has ranked highest in the US.

It works. We started in July, and the increase was almost instant.
BUT, we only ran a small batch. I think 30+/- articles. Still did wonders! It was only a test to see if this could work for SWAPD. Currently, we await a deal with @p to deliver 5000 articles FOR SWAPD on SWAPD.
